In order to help you decide what you need we have gathered together just some of these services in easy to understand packages, and rest assured that when our engineers come on site things stay just as easy! (Complicated terminology is kept to a bare minimum and on request). Note: our package prices are rough guestimates and are based on particularly troublesome pc's, however rest assured if we can fix your system quicker that expected than this will be reflected in the price.
Pricing outside of packages is based on a rate of £20 for first hour and £10 there after. (Special rates apply to OAP's)
Basic Home training
Our staff at pceazy understand that everybody has different skills, and one mans strength is another’s weakness, that’s why our engineers our able to provide one-to-one training that will leave you feeling more confident with your pc. Note: pricing is based on a hourly rate of £20 for the first hour and £10 thereafter (special rates apply to OAP's, £12 for the first hour and £8 thereafter).
Broadband set-up
Do you want the benefits of broadband but not quite sure how to set things up or what to order. With many Internet service providers about these days it can be hard to choose not to mention a hassle. So let us help you with some simple advice and skilled engineers who will have you sending and receiving email and surfing the web in no time!
